The Castle set up in the XVIIth century on Gallo-Roman vestiges, has an exceptional soil. Centenarians Vineyards and younger vineyards divide the same soil. 

Type of Soil :
The vineyard is located in the foothills of the Black Mountain on old schist and limestone terraces in Peyriac, in the Languedoc region. 
The south-facing vineyard encourages ripening of the grapes. Hundred-year old vines combined with young vines yield fine and well-balanced grapes.
Winemaking Techniques :
Manual harvesting and carbonic maceration is used for old vines. The aromatic varieties are vinified using pre-fermentation to extract long, blended and silky tannins, lending all their character to the grapes.

Tasting Notes :
Fleshy and fruity, this wine of garnet-red colour develops blackberry and blackcurrant aromas. Barrel-maturing adds hints of grilled almonds and vanilla.

Serving Recommendations :
This nectar is perfect with dishes in sauce, game and red meats. Serve at 18-20°C.

泥土
阿涅爾加爾默羅城堡建於XVII世紀的加洛羅馬遺跡,有一個特殊的土壤,百歲老人葡萄園和年輕的葡萄園劃分相同的土壤。
生長
葡萄園位於黑山山麓的老片岩和石灰岩大陽台在朗格多克地區的 Peyriac,  朝南的葡萄園加強葡萄的成熟度, 使用百年老藤結合年輕的葡萄樹葡萄,均衡葡萄甜酸度。

收成
使用手工收成葡萄, 用碳酸來浸漬,使用預發酵來釀造芳香品種,以提取混合的和柔滑的單寧,將所有的性質一一詮譯。

特性
這種紅葡萄酒體呈現黑莓和黑醋栗的果香香氣, 釀成熟後, 添加了烤杏仁和香草的香氛。

搭配
這種由西拉和格林納希的花蜜美酒, 適合配上蒜香羊排和油封鴨,並在18-20℃以下飲用。
